What I do

Mike Bravo Consulting helps businesses get organized so the right people make the right decisions at the right level.
That help is for businesses that have outgrown how they’re organized: decisions wait on one or two people, roles have drifted from what anyone wrote down and the same work gets done twice.
Most of that is people work: knowing what each person does and what drives them, then putting them in roles that fit them and the business. Process and tools follow, starting from how you work today.
Mike Bravo Consulting is a one-person firm by design, so the person you talk to is the person who does the work.
You will leave every engagement with a written plan, a named owner for every role, and a first step you can take that week.
